Every client’s first session will consist of a medical evaluation and a Fitness Assessment. A Fitness Assessment is a very important element of your Fitness program. It determines a baseline of your current fitness level and allows Carol to get to know your strengths and weaknesses in order for her to apply a safe and effective exercise regimen.

Sessions must be paid for in advance and are held in my private gym (or at the client site) located in Brooklyn, NY 11216. Payable by Cash, Visa, Venmo, Cash App, MasterCard, or American Express.
