Kick Fever Fitness Fitness Classes is a combination of aerobic, boxing and Martial-arts-style maneuvers that are much more than self-defense, It’s a  900 calorie burning, stress relieving, energizing, waist slimming, thigh tightening, focus pad pounding, strength developing, fun and exciting, Total Body Workout..

The workout also targets and tones your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt for a workout that boosts your metabolism, improves your balance, and chisels a strong, stunning physique. Then there are the side benefits: Launching fierce uppercuts, jabs, and kicks to a focus pad proves a much more satisfying stress reliever than jogging steadily on a treadmill.

This intense, total body workout will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance to name but a few of the many many benefits.

Classes are twice a week every Wednesday 6pm and Saturdays 12pm. Bring gloves or you can purchase gloves for $10. Also you MUST bring a workout/yoga mat.

4 weeks sessions $125, sessions are ongoing every week.
