“As you think, so you are”.  Control your mind and your senses by only thinking positive thoughts, and by focusing your mind on your goals that you want to achieve. Do not dwell on negative thoughts or emotions for they will only produce negative effects in your life.  Focus only on the positive results you would like to achieve.  What you focus on mentally, actually becomes your reality in life over time.
