Kick Fever Fitness Is high-intensity aerobics programs designed to teach you self-defense and get you into the best shape of your life! Certified 3rd Degree Black Belt; Carol ‘Kick Fever’ Glasgow has developed perfect work-out routines using a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial-arts-style maneuvers to help you burn stubborn body fat and kick ass.

Kick Fever Fitness is 900 calorie burning, stress relieving, energizing, waist slimming, ab tightening, strength developing, fun and exciting full body workouts. Whether you are looking to lose weight, learn self-defense or get into the best shape of your life Kick Fever Fitness will help you achieve your fitness goals.
